- Need assistance getting to your health appointments? Help to Health is a volunteer driver service by County Durham charities Volunteering Matters and Supportive. Transport is available Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm. You can book up to four weeks before your appointment but they need at least 48 hours notice. The service will be charged per mile.
